INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU AND BASIS FOR COLLECTION

We will process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, for example where the collection and processing of information is necessary for the delivery of our services and where our services could not be delivered without collecting and processing this information, and the manner in which it is collected and processed is not detrimental to the data subject or would be considered to be an unexpected use of that data.

Where you have entered into an agreement or contract with us, we need to process your personal data in order to give effect to that agreement. We will also use your contact details prior to entering into any agreement for the purposes of entering into that contract.

    • business partners and suppliers in order that they may contact you with offers of goods and services that may be of interest to you; and
    • IT and software providers, cloud computing providers, analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our websites.
