Glasgow Short Film Festival returns to the city for it’s 17th edition, from 20 – 24th March. Short Circuit will be partnering on a series of events as part of their Industry Programme.

Glasgow Short Film Festival is the foremost annual showcase of new Scottish short film, and a highly respected showcase of new international work. This year, five Sharp Shorts funded projects have been selected across all four of the festival’s ‘Scottish Competition’ Programmes. These five projects are; BLACKWOOL, LIVING WITH IT, MILKGUM, THE SINGER and YOU LAND.

As part of the festival’s Industry Programme, on Friday 22nd March we’re partnering with GSFF, GMAC, TIFF, SXSW, IDFA on three events across the day. Each event will be taking place at Civic House in Glasgow.

 

Event 1: Short Circuit & Little Pictures Roundtable

12.45 – 14.00

A participatory discussion with a group of filmmakers funded through Short Circuit and Little Pictures.

Event 2: Programmers in Conversation

16.15 – 17.30

We’re joining programmers from TIFF, SXSW and IDFA. Including Jason Anderson and Céline Roustan.

Attendence at this event is available exclusively to Glasgow Short Film Festival Delegate Pass holders and Delegate Accreditation has now closed.

 

Event 3: Short Circuit Sponsored Networking Drinks

17.30 onwards

A space to connect with other short film enthusiasts and those working in the industry.
