Join us at Glasgow’s Tron Theatre for a Live Podcast Panel Discussion with Persistent & Nasty, a podcast series and creative activism initiative for women and other marginalised voices in the stage and screen industries.

We’re partnering with PERSISTENT & NASTY for a Live Podcast event at Tron Theatre. The session will be hosted by PERSISTENT & NASTY co-founders Elaine Stirrat and Louise Oliver who participated in our Convergence programme in 2021. The podcast panel will include three incredible Scottish filmmakers; Nikki Parrot of Tigerlily Productions. First Features supported Raisah Ahmed, and Sharp Shorts supported Sarah Grant.

We’ll be covering topics such as; setting up your own company, surviving as a freelancer, and the lack of women and marginalised genders behind the camera.

Admission is free, and you can secure tickets for the event using the button at the bottom of this page.

If you can’t attend in person, PERSISTENT & NASTY will be streaming the podcast live on their Youtube channel from 12pm. So you can join us there too.

When: 12 – 2pm on Friday 23rd February. Followed by networking at the Tron bar afterwards.

Where: Tron Theatre, 63 Trongate, Glasgow, G1 5HB
